One word can describe their work: we were saved! I live on the top floor of an apartment building built in 1970 with a communal terrace, which had been damp-proofed with bitumen. The temperature inside the apartment reached as high as 39 degrees Celsius in the summer when we were away. With constant use of air conditioning it went down to 28 degrees Celsius. After a study by the company, I was offered the cool roof solution, of course only for the part of the roof above my apartment, since I would pay the cost in consultation with the management. They came on the Friday before this year's first heatwave in July and after the first application we felt the difference, but couldn't believe it. On Monday they finished their professional job, just as they had described in their written quote. I delayed writing my evaluation because I didn't believe in the outcome and wanted to test it. The result is that with this year's persistent heat waves, even when we were away for days, the temperature never exceeded 30 degrees Celsius, so air conditioning use was kept to a minimum. In terms of cost it was 1/3 of other traditional solutions! I thank them and highly recommend them.
I sincerely feel the need to thank Mylonas brothers. With their correct advice, their know-how and the right materials, in a long-lasting big roof problem with a lot of humidity in the ceilings of the interior in winter and the very hot summer, I am today able to see the very positive results of the insulation. It is an impressive result. I recommend them without any qualms.
In 2008 we did the insulation with as he suggested. Their materials were excellent. The levels of insulation materials they laid the roof were completely different from other companies.In their quote which I still keep the file, it was a completely different design and quality of moisture treatment than others and after 11 years I am completely satisfied because I trusted them and everything I was told is true. In the winter the temperature does not drop below 16 degrees (no heating in freezing temperatures) and in the summer in a heatwave with 43 degrees outside, the house inside was 34 and quickly with the air conditioner it dropped. That means the difference is sometimes as much as 10-12 degrees. The heater and air conditioners quickly responded and the cost of insulation was quickly recouped. They were excellent in all their punctual, prompt ... and I after 11 years remain satisfied with my choice.

As engineer in my early days, I started my search for a rooftop insulation contracted for a relative from the internet. After a lot of reading about insulation, materials, procedures etc. I ended up with this company. I would like to note that anyone, should be very careful (other companies use less quality materials which make a big difference) - indicative example fibran 3cm instead of DOW 5cm, in fact it was x energy DOW that they supplied me with. Apart from the fact that they took care of the cleaning of old materials that had been laid on the roof (paints, glues etc), we had excellent cooperation and communication, and as a result we found solutions to some problems that arose due to the specificity of this project. The prices are highly competitive, although the work is many levels better. From the materials to the specialization of each crew (one crew laid tarmac, another crew laid the asphalt pavers) I was completely satisfied. Finally, I would like to emphasize that they care beyond their work for their customer. They offered me a solution for another roof without having any benefit from the solution they gave me. And that honors them as people first and then as professionals. Now, they are my exclusive partners.
I have had a problem with dampness in my country house for many years and I have spent a lot of money, effort, time and a lot of mental health on solutions that ended up making the problem worse rather than solving it. The people in charge won us over from the moment my husband and I made the appointment, and they won us over because they were family-oriented and important because I understood how much effort it takes to maintain a house and have children live in it without fearing for their health. To make a long story short our cooperation was excellent after they did an autopsy of the place they gave us the appropriate solutions with an explanation understandable to us non-professionals, the work was done within the schedule we set without looking for the technicians the work was clean, measured consistent. Fortunately so far no problems have arisen as we were guaranteed and for the first time we gave money but at least with result I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!

In the autumn of 2021 we carried out thermal insulation and waterproofing on our roof, which was particularly affected by time and weather conditions.. I decided to proceed with a thermal facade of an apartment and thermal insulation/waterproofing of the roof. The first contact with this company left me with positive impressions. A detailed description of the operations that can be done, a thorough discussion of the waterproofing options for the roof and an explanation of the reasons for its inability to thermally insulate (loss of complete passability), with an alternative proposal for the cool roof system for the heat. After a lot of searching, I chose their proposal on the one hand because of the detailed and comprehensive offer (in combination with what I mentioned above) and on the other hand because of the company's good comments and recommendations. Their crews were completely consistent in their appointments and working time, and the work that was done seemed to me to be complete and of high quality. And today, with the first heat wave in full swing, I can say with certainty that I have seen a significant difference in the temperature inside my apartment! Having initially contacted (professionals) in my area who wanted a) to do the preliminary work of cleaning the roof myself because the old method of insulation was very difficult to remove and b) 50 percent more than what I finally paid. I collaborated with the company MONODOMIKI for the construction of anterior insulation with industrial floor finish, on the roof of the apartment building where I live. Due to my profession (Architect) I am quite demanding in detail, but also in the whole process of a project. Taking into account all the difficulties and requirements that our case had, but also knowing from construction, I consider that it is a company that meets the price to the quality offered. The initial autopsy by an Engineer won me over by pointing out the problems and the subsequent supervision of the crews was important. The communication with him on a daily basis about the progress of the work was excellent. My only comment is about the details that (due to my specialization) I wanted to be more thorough...however I met the manager Mr. Mylonas and discussed all the happenings and he was really willing to work for his team for the best. In the end, everything happened as discussed. Important to say that what we were sent in the offer, was put into practice! I think the prices are very competitive compared to others in the market.
